SHIPPING POLICY

*Due to the impact of the high demand and order volume, shipping times may take up to 12-18 days to be delivered. However, most are delivered within 7-12 days, depending on your country. We offer Free Standard Tracked Shipping.

SHIPPING COUNTRIES:

Currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are shipped within 24-72 working hours, depending on the volume of orders we are getting for the day.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 2 hours as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at stlucianafashion@outlook.comas soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.

If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at stlucianafashion@outlook.com as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details.

Once we process the order we are not able to change the address and we are not to be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient address.

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions; customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

TRACKING NUMBER

After purchase, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking will be available once your product has shipped. Any product may be shipped from a fulfillment center other than our global warehouse.
